Influence Posti’s services and win prizes 

Posti’s Testaamo is a development community whose members can influence Posti’s consumer services. Take part in customer surveys that we use in our development work. We regularly draw prizes from among active Testaamo members! 

Testaamo in brief 

Many different ways to participate 

Take part in interesting surveys, interviews and workshops (in Finnish). Participation in the surveys is always voluntary and takes place primarily online. 

Interesting development topics 

The Testaamo community’s tasks relate to Posti’s services and products. The topics of the tasks include sending and receiving services, sustainable development and the content, functioning and appearance of digital channels. 

Monthly prize draws 

Every month, we draw prizes from among active members. If you take part in longer customer surveys, such as interviews and workshops, you will also receive a special thank you from us.
