You can use this form to cancel a service ordered from us within 14 days of the order, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act. If you decide to cancel a service after it has started but while the 14-day cancellation period is still valid, you only have to pay for the days leading up to the cancellation.
Main redirection services (such as Posti Relocate) may take approximately up to three workdays to cancel. During that period, mail may still be delivered to the address you provided when ordering the service. We will not charge you for this period. Remember that the cancellation notification applies to all mail recipients included in the service.
