What’s new?
A more complete picture of your customer relationship – We collect information about the delivery and handover of trackable shipments carried by us. The data we collect includes the sender’s and recipient’s name and contact details, an identifying code for the shipment, delivery method, content and customs details for shipments, and the number of shipments and handovers.
We use this data together with other customer information to plan, run and improve our services, and for reporting and statistics. We also use it to inform you about our services and for marketing purposes. Processing for electronic direct marketing is based on your consent. Other processing is based on Posti’s legitimate interest.
More personalised services and recommendations through profiling – We use customer data to develop our services and to provide more relevant content and advertising. In practice, we analyse your data to suggest services and content that may be useful to you. Information about your trackable shipments is also used for this purpose. This use of your data is based on Posti’s legitimate interest. You can disable profiling at any time in your account settings.
You can influence how your data is used
This does not require any action from you. However, if you wish, you can manage how we use your personal data for marketing, profiling and service-related messages in your account settings. As part of this update, new settings will be added to your account.

Please make sure your contact details in your account are up to date. That way our services work as intended – and we can reach you if we need to. The easiest way to check and update your details is by logging in to your account.
