Parcels sent internationally – information for consumers

You can ensure the delivery of your international parcels within Europe by using our self-service channels (Omaposti, Posti.fi/en/private/send/international-parcel). Select the "Parcel Connect parcel" service. You can drop your item off at a parcel locker or a Posti service point that is open. Here you can see our service points that are either closed or operating with limited capacity. Estimated delivery times for different items during the strike:Parcel Connect: delayed by a few days to all destination countries, which are Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Bulgaria, Denmark.Parcel deliveries to Russia (EMS and Priority Parcel) delayed by approximately 2-3 daysInternational postal parcels paid at a service point (Priority) to Sweden, Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain delayed by 2-3 daysParcels sent outside Europe (for example the US, Japan and China) are delayed significantly during the strike or may not be delivered until after the strike due to the Finnish Aviation Union's (IAU) sympathy strike.  We recommend that you use our self-service channels to send and pay for parcels. You can also drop your item off at Posti's service point as usual.International deliveries of letter items are unfortunately on hold for the duration of the strike.
