We will be opening several new parcel lockers and service points in Pirkanmaa during the spring. The goal is to meet the demand and bring services as close to customers as possible.
"Pirkanmaa is an important area for us, and it is great that we can soon serve our customers in Pirkanmaa even more comprehensively. We are particularly focusing on parcel lockers as they are so popular. We aim to be the nearest parcel pickup point for 90 percent of Finns," says Anne-Liisa Jalonen, Service Point Network Manager at Posti.
Most customers pick up parcels at Posti
Picking up a parcel delivery is the main reason for visiting our service points. According to Posti's customer survey in January, over 60 percent of respondents prefer to pick up their parcels from a locker.
"We continuously develop our network based on customer demand. We are quick to open new pick-up points if we identify a need and find a suitable partner. If there are changes in Posti’s services in your area, we send a notice to your home. And always remember to check from the notice of arrival where your delivery is," says Jalonen.
