Service Sector Employers PALTA and Finnish Post and Logistics Union PAU have approved the negotiation result on the utilization of the option years in the collective agreement for the mail communications and logistics industry, the information logistics industry as well as the collective agreement applicable to the parcel sorters of Posti Palvelut Oy. In all sectors, the negotiation outcome was approved on September 11, 2024. The future wage revisions will follow the general line formed in labor market cycle starting soon.

The collective agreement for the mail communications and logistics industry is from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2025 including one option year. The agreement period of the collective agreement of the parcel sorters of Posti Palvelut Oy is from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2026 including one option year. The agreement period of the collective agreement for the information logistics industry is from February 9, 2022 to January 31, 2026 including one option year.
