The OmaPosti app will be updated from October onwards

We are updating the OmaPosti app to make it better serve our customers. We are releasing a new version of the app in phases, starting in October.

OmaPosti is Posti’s service for parcels and letters. Its mobile application has approximately million monthly active users.

“OmaPosti is our most important digital service for consumers. We want to develop its customer experience to make our customers’ lives easier,” says OmaPosti’s channel owner Miikka Roine.

A new look and clearer structure, with parcels at its core

We are making OmaPosti easier to use. We are clarifying the app’s structure and giving it a fresh new look.

Parcels and letters are separated into their own sections in the update. This allows us to develop their functions separately, based on what best serves parcel and letter recipients.

We are updating OmaPosti especially for the needs of an active online shopper. Sending and receiving parcels will be at the core of the updated app. OmaPosti will communicate with the user more closely and show things that require action clearly on the front page.

The digital mailbox will be separated as its own section, and it will continue to offer an easy, safe, and reliable way to receive mail and pay bills. With the digital mailbox, we can help our sending customers reach their customers in growing numbers and in the future in more varied ways with digital messaging.

All users to get the updated OmaPosti during fall

We will launch the updated OmaPosti in phases. Randomly selected first users will get it in the beginning of October, and we will expand the user base throughout fall. All users will get the new version of OmaPosti during this fall.
