Take care of packages in one place

With the OmaPosti app, you can conveniently handle your package matters in one place. You can easily see what's coming, where and when. With just a few clicks, you can choose the delivery time and method of your parcels.

Track and pick up

You’ll know where your parcel is and get notified as soon as it is ready for pickup. At the Posti outlet, you can show your pickup code directly in OmaPosti.

Change the delivery location

You can change your parcel's pickup location in OmaPosti before the parcel has arrived at Posti. You can also see if you can extend the storage period for your item that is waiting to be picked up or order a home delivery.

Easy returns

The details of your received parcels are stored in the app. In your parcel’s details, you can see if it can be returned free of charge. You can return your parcel to a Posti Parcel Locker or a Posti outlet.

Affordable deliveries

The cost of sending your parcel is lower via OmaPosti than at a Posti outlet. You can drop off your prepaid parcel at any Posti outlet or Posti Parcel Locker.

If you send and receive frequently

OmaPosti is meant for everyone over the age of 15 with a Finnish phone subscription. The OmaPosti app is free of charge.

Order the removal of old items

In OmaPosti, you can also organize the removal and recycling of old items as well as unpacking as additional services for a home delivery.

Reducing paper letters and invoices

With OmaPosti, you can receive letters and invoices electronically and thus reduce the amount of paper mail. You will receive an email notification when an invoice or letter arrives at OmaPosti. You can partially influence who can send you invoices and letters to OmaPosti.
