Welcome to our parcel locker!
Our nationwide services include nearly 2000 Posti Parcel Lockers. Indeed, relative to population, the Posti Parcel Locker network is one of the biggest in the world.
Posti has three different types of parcel locker that all work in a slightly different way. That said, you can pick up and send parcels from all of them.
Posti Parcel Lockers with a touchscreen
When picking up your parcel, select “Picking up a parcel” on the screen. Enter the opening code and select “Open locker”. Remove your parcel and close the door.
When sending a parcel, select “Send parcel” on the screen. Enter your Helposti code on the screen. An available locker opens if there is space in the Posti Parcel Locker. Place your parcel in the locker and close the door. If the parcel locker is full, send your parcel from another Posti Parcel Locker or a Posti outlet.

Note! If you enter your code wrong, the keypad will lock for five minutes after three failed attempts. If you still can’t open the locker after three attempts, our customer service is happy to help.
Posti Parcel Lockers with a locker-specific keypad
When picking up your parcel, locate the locker number and the 6-digit opening code on the notice of arrival.
To open the locker: press C, enter the 6-digit opening code and press OK. Take the item and close the door.
Note! After three failed attempts, the keypad will lock for 5 minutes.
If you’re sending a parcel that you paid for online, reserve a locker for it in a Posti Parcel Locker in advance. You can reserve a locker at the checkout or by clicking on the link in your email confirmation. The reservation is valid for 24 hours.
Enter the code to open the locker: Press C, enter the code and press OK. Place the parcel inside and close the door.
Problems with the locker door? It’s important to press C first because it clears (C = clear) all previous entries. If you forget to press C before entering your code, the door may not open.
If you press C and the locker still won’t open, make sure that you’re at the correct parcel locker. There may be several different transport companies’ parcel lockers in the same location.

Outdoor Parcel Lockers
An outdoor Parcel Locker comprises 2–4 modules, each with a separate keypad. The principle of opening a locker is the same for all Posti Parcel Lockers equipped with a keypad, regardless of whether it is located indoors or outdoors.
To open a locker when picking up or sending a parcel:
Press C, enter the code and press OK. Pick up your parcel or place it inside and close the door.
When sending a parcel, you can reserve a locker in an outdoor Posti Parcel Locker in advance.
You can reserve a locker as soon as you’ve paid for the parcel delivery. If you want to reserve a locker later, you can do so by clicking the link in the email.
The locker reservation is valid for 24 hours. Don’t worry if your reservation expires or if you change your mind. You can reserve a new locker via the link you received in your email, or take the parcel to any other Posti outlet or Posti Parcel Locker that does not require a reservation.

OmaPosti kiosks
The OmaPosti kiosk is Posti’s self-service kiosk where you have nearly all the same services at your disposal that would be available to you at a full-service Posti outlet. For example, you can use the OmaPosti kiosk to send or receive parcels and letters. In addition to a Posti Parcel Locker, the kiosk includes a self-service checkout where you can purchase the required payment label for your item.
The kiosk is easy to use but if you need assistance you can contact Posti’s customer advisor via a video link. You can ask the customer advisor for help with all mail-related issues.
